developing countries across the world are affected by various diseases.But to
afford treatment for diseases is not an easy task .The cost of managing diseases
is prohibitive and out of reach for most of the population. Their only hope for
survival is appropriate treatment on time. But to touch their lives, there is
urgent need to set up appropriate hospitals and clinics. To do this there is
need for funds as Health care is still considered to be a low priority area in
developing countries along with scarcity of health care professionals adds on to
the burden.

and portable, would it make more sense for patients to carry a copy of their own
records rather than wait years for health care providers to catch up? The Short
term solution to this ever rising problem is the introduction of a computerized
personal health record in a portable and digital format. This would enable
individuals to have medical records with them at all times.Today, the changing
Information technology environment in the world around us means that health care
providers can rely more on informatics technologies in health care to provide
optimal cost effective treatment to affected patients.
